Automatic Writing

This is the method of passing information through a pen/pencil from the spirits. I sometimes get an impulse to write and get given information or I can relax and hold the pen ready and wait for the spirits to come through. Automatic writing can be used in a number of ways for instance to get messages from passed relatives or to ask about your future or to chat to former historical people. Most people find it fascinating to do one of these key areas.
